By commissioning me you agree to and will abide by the terms listed below for the duration of the commission.

I have every right to deny a commission for any given reason.

I respect the TOS of any given avatar base and will not break a given avatar base’s TOS for the sake of a commission.

Once I start a commission I will not accept any refunds. Please do not ask me for a refund once I start your commission. If you paid in advance and ask for a refund before I start then I will be able to give you a refund.

You must confirm with me that you own the assets or models in question.

If you request an avatar base or asset that I don’t own you must cover the cost of that asset on top of the commission price even if you own the model or said asset. I also don’t accept files for paid assets if i don’t own said asset. Breaking a creator’s TOS gives them the right to take legal action on me and you.

I require payment upfront before I begin working on the commission with no exceptions. I take PayPal, Venmo and Cashapp.

I don’t do small jobs such as only quest conversions or only a toggle.

With commissioning me you also give me the rights to use your commission for advertising purposes and to upload it to my account for testing purposes.

I can provide the files for your commission after it is completed if you request.

I would appreciate a ref sheet or some sort of direction that way I can provide the best avatar for you. If you tell me to go crazy or do whatever I think is best the result may not be what you had in mind.

If you request any changes once the commission is almost done after being sent many updates throughout the commission process, I reserve the right to charge an extra fee if these changes require either a significant redesign or major manipulation to the unity file.

I also have the right to deny any requests for changes once the commission is nearing completion or if these changes requires Major modifications not initially discussed at the start of the commission.

After the commission has concluded you may not request any additional add-ons or changes to the commission unless it is mistakes I made. What constitutes as a mistake is at my discretion.

You must have all information finalized before the commission has started. I can't make any drastic changes after the commission has started.

Please try your best to respond asap to any messages regarding updates to the progress of a commission or any discussion relating to it. If you don't respond to any updates I send regarding a commission I will continue working on it.
